Cancellation Policy

To ensure a safe, smooth, and magical experience at your event, please review the face painting policies below. 🎨 Age Policy Face painting is for ages three and up ONLY. No exceptions for safety, skin sensitivity, or hygiene reasons. 🧼 Health & Safety We use high-quality, cosmetic-grade, FDA-compliant paints designed for sensitive skin. We cannot paint guests who have: Open wounds, rashes, or broken skin Contagious conditions (ringworm, cold sores, pink eye, lice, etc.) Excessively runny noses, fevers, or visible illness We will offer an arm design instead if appropriate. ⏱️ Speed & Capacity Our artists can paint 20–25 faces per hour, depending on design complexity. For significant events, you may: Book additional hours Request simpler designs for faster lines. Request a second artist (if available) 🪑 Equipment Provided We bring: Our own tables and chairs All paints, brushes, water cups, supplies Optional canopy (available for an additional fee — typically $25) We may request electricity for heating during colder weather to ensure paint consistency and the artist's comfort. 🌧️ Weather Policy Face paint will be affected by rain. If it rains or there is heavy mist, we recommend switching to henna as a safer, longer-lasting alternative. We reserve the right to adjust services due to weather or product performance. 🕒 Setup & Access We require: 1 hour of access before the event for setup A clear, safe area for our station For outdoor events: safe shelter, shade, or our canopy (with an add-on fee) 💵 Deposits & Payments A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your date. Full payment is required BEFORE painting begins. If payment is not provided on arrival, we cannot start services. Travel fee is $50 for events outside Eugene. 📸 Photos We love to showcase our artwork! We always ask permission first before taking photos. If you prefer no photography, please let us know. ❌ Refusal of Service We reserve the right to decline painting anyone who is: Unable to sit safely Extremely upset, uncooperative, or aggressive Showing inappropriate behavior This ensures safety for the child, the artist, and the event.
