Brushes & Blessings — Cancellation Policy
🎨 Paint Party Tickets (Public Events)
All ticket sales are final within 7 days of the event.
Tickets become non-refundable if canceled less than one week before the scheduled paint party.
Cancellations made more than one week prior may be transferred to:

another event date,
-
another location,
-
or any future Brushes & Blessings paint party (based on availability).
Brushes & Blessings may occasionally cancel or reschedule a public event due to:

low attendance,
-
emergencies,
-
severe weather,
-
illness,
-
or other unforeseen circumstances.
If we cancel an event:
✔ You may transfer your ticket to another date
OR
✔ Receive a full refund if you are unable to attend another event
Private Face Painting & Henna Event Bookings
Client Cancellations

A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your date.

If you cancel your event, the deposit is not refundable.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may require full payment depending on lost booking opportunities.
Brushes & Blessings Cancellations
We do everything possible to honor your booking. However, we may need to cancel or reschedule in rare cases such as:

severe weather (rain, cold, wind affecting paint application),
-
unsafe event conditions,
-
illness,
-
emergencies,
-
unexpected travel issues,
-
or situations that compromise product safety or artist safety.
If we must cancel and cannot reschedule, you will receive:
✔ A full refund of all payments made
✔ Your deposit returned
Weather Conditions

For outdoor events, face paint is heavily affected by rain and moisture.

If rain or heavy mist is present, we may switch to henna when possible.

If conditions make services unsafe or unworkable, we may pause services or recommend rescheduling.
